Each pair of taper candles includes a beeswax fitter strip, which can be used to secure the candles in candleholders if necessary. Be sure to trim the wick to 1/4" before burning to ensure a slow, even burn and to keep the candles from smoking. These taper candles are sold in a box of 4 pairs (8 candles total). Each of the 47 colors is hand-dipped 25 times to create the elegant shape and solid-color throughout.
