Anthousa Vanilla Grapefruit & Blood Orange Diffuser

Anthousa Vanilla Grapefruit & Blood Orange Diffuser
Price $68.00
A delicious combination of bourbon vanilla and blood orange is underscored with grapefruit zest, coriander and jasmine notes to create an exciting take on citrus.
This demi (245 ml) Anthousa Vanilla Grapefruit & Blood Orange Diffuser provides approximately 6-9 months of fragrance. To use, simply uncork your Anthousa bottle and immerse the bundle of reeds into your fragrance. At first usage, reverse all the reeds two to three times in the first few days to saturate your reeds. To freshen your Anthousa scent, reverse one, two, three or all the reeds depending on how subtle or intense you prefer your fragrance or the size of the room you are trying to fragrance. Repeat this process as often as you like - everyday for intense fragrance or every few days for a more subtle effect. The number of reeds you flip and the frequency at which you flip your reeds also determines how quickly you will go through your Anthousa fragrance.

The Anthousa Citrus Diffuser Collection is inspired by the lemon groves of the Amalfi Coast. Vibrant green leaves, tart yellow lemons and the slightest hint of the Mediterranean. These fragrances are colorful and lively - clean, fresh scents warmed by the summer sun.

Tart & Fresh

I like this diffuser. I just got it at as a gift and I think it's really an interesting scent. It's kind of an odd one. I thought it would be a lot more sweet but the pungency of the Blood orange punches through strongest to me with this. The grapefruit layers on another level of tangy-fruit that gives this even more of a POW reaction. I find that it's not as STRONG of a diffuser as I have had with Voluspa & Thymes fragrances in the past. I put this in my on-suite bathroom and I don't really smell it as much as I would like to. Every now and then I will get a brief hit of it in the air, mainly after I flip the reeds over (go figure!) but for some reason this isn't dominating the small space like I thought it would. This could either be a draw back or a positive for some. I personally with I was constantly catching the zingy, powerful aroma more often...but, I DO think it is leaving a freshness in my bathroom that was much needed. I am not a big diffuser-user but I enjoy them if they do a great job. I really recommend Voluspa and Thymes. Thymes has an amazing Frasier Fir diffuser that I have used and loved and we have a Voluspa one in my mom's room that is REALLLLLLLLLLY strong and beautiful. I WISH this stood out like those did!! It is a nice, fresh, tart, clean scent. Very, very tangy. If you don't like zest and tartness to a scent, don't go for this!!!!
