Where is the scent?

We have this in the house. I think we stashed it in a cupboard after several failed attempts as catching something of a scent. There is very little throw to this beautiful scent-which is quite sad. The cold throw is gorgeous. The citrus and florals are so light and fresh. This is the embodiment of a pretty fragrance yet the throw is just not there. This could be perfection. I wish that Aquiesse would tweak this one to smell stronger during a burn period.

I have been burning this candle off and on for the last week. I love the cold scent of this. It's very summery and fresh. The candle seems almost MISLEADING in it's name. Both the Jasmine and the hyacinth are OVERWHELMED by the citrus and the greens. This has such a strong, lively cold scent that it is surprising to me that I can't smell it in the room when it is lit. At first I thought this was just because of possibly not burning it long enough, but this is not the case.
I just CAN'T smell this!
It's shocking because of the strength and potency of the cold scent. I adore the way that Aquiesse candles burn though. They always pool evenly and burn beautifully. The vessels are BEYOND gorgeous and the heavy, thick lids are AWESOME for keeping dust out! This is the kind of jar you can keep for a long time and put your various knick knacks in. Normally, I LOVE Aquiesse, but this scent let me down. I wish I could smell more of it during the burn process. :(
