I LOVED my little travel tin sample of this fragrance. I am usually not a fan of rose in a candle...but it is blended so amazingly with the Tart citrus and the vanilla that it comes across in the PERFECT way! I have always been a sucker for grapefruit scents too and the zesty tang of this one is no exception. I love how the vanilla played into the scent to round it out, as well as (SURPRISE!) the floral rose accords. They all just come together and create the perfect exotic fragrance blend-marriage. This is a great summer/spring scent in my opinion because of the perky grapefruit notes speckled with the floral accords of Jasmine and Rose. The florals are subtle. I do remember smelling a faint trace of the musk, which comes off more as sandalwood during the burning. I really enjoyed my exploration into Cariacou and hope to have the pleasure of enjoying it again someday! :)
